Cold sore this is hell!

I've never realized how much it absolutely fucking sucks to not kiss your boyfriend because you have a cold sore! I refuse to kiss him because idk if he'd get it and it's been torture. We had sex the other day and there were so many times we almost kissed but couldn't! Now it's down to where it's scabbing so I think I should be good but I'm scared that I'm not
