breathable baby mattresses

Curiosity was peeked. I was just wondering if anyone have used these and if the babies ever get cold in the winter time since it's a breathable mattress. I live in Missouri so it gets cold here and sometimes the mornings are cold in the rooms. I my self have been warmly dressed but would still wake up cold on air mattresses of sleeping over at friends or what not and before spending 300 or 400 on these I want to make sure it's not just going to be a cold cot that I'm placing my baby on.
