Anyone ever use this for painful sex?

My relationship with my hubby is suffering because i feel so much pain during sex. Its excruciating and i'm not lubricating so i would vbe crying after sex and sometimes during, which is when he stops because i'm too ashamed to tell him when it hurts. I feel like a failure as a woman because i can't perform a simple and natural bodily function! I went to doctor after doctor and they always tell me "well, you are not lubricating." yeah no shit Sherlock, thats why i came here in the first place. No one can give me an explanation as to why! Test after test, nothing. I'm 4 months pregnant now and its even worse! So i decided to try a vaginal moisturizing gel, and I wanted to know if it helped anyone with similar problems.
