Ovarian cysts and Pregnancy

So basically last year I had a laparoscopy to remove a grapefruit sized hemorrhagic cyst on my left ovary and stage iv endometriosis behind my uterus was discovered and removed. After exactly one year of trying to conceive after my surgery, i went to the doctor to discuss my infertility and check for more cysts, since I hadn't been feeling well. That was September 1st. I got an ultrasound done and they confirmed that I do have another cyst, but this time it is partially made of endometriosis. I was referred to a gyno, haven't seen her yet because they were booked out several weeks. While I have been waiting, I discovered that I FINALLY became pregnant! My little miracle rainbow baby is finally happening after such terrible news! My question is will this cyst affect my baby? I have a friends who's daughter was born with cerebral palsy because of a cyst that was resting on her head while in the womb... I'm so worried. Anyone have a similar experience or advice? Or can even tell me what the heck this type of cyst is?
