Help please

For anyone who has felt delivered or has had similar experience . several times today ive thought i immediately had to go to the bathroom only to not go much constant feeling of atleast pee then i have tingling in vaginal area and cramping off on like period cramps in back and always pressure where i cant sit long .was checked re ently no uti. i feel overwelmed im 40 weeks and still hanging on. Just want baby girl
