Should I get a csection

I have broken my pelvis and back twice. All doctors have just said "we will have to wait and see how pregnancy and delivery go". They are giving me the option to have a csection. I truly want to have a natural birth, but as I get closer I am extremely nervous about putting my child and myself at risk. Should I be brave and face it naturally, or should I be safe and go for the csection? It's ultimately my decision, but I'd like some imput. My mother and sister both think I should do the csection.
