How do you maintain your body positivity?
I am currently 19 weeks pregnant. Since I first got pregnant, I've had some tough body image issues. To preface, I am a gym rat and have dealt with a lack of body confidence my whole life. I am keeping it light and simple at the gym and still eat healthy, but I can't help but feel like I'm just... FAT. It's awful and my husband tries to be ultra supportive, assuring me that my beauty has not changed and I am simply pregnant, but I haven't even been able to muster up the confidence to make love to him since I got pregnant.
Any advice would be graciously accepted. Thanks everyone.
