Quad test

I had my blood drawn for the quad test on Wednesday. It was just for the testing, so no gender as my insurance doesn't cover that part of the test. The test results came back yesterday, so my doctor sent them to me today when the office opened. I logged on and all it is is a message from my doctor saying "looks like you're low risk!" Is this normal? I thought just like any other blood test I would get to see my actual results (like numbers and everything). What about everyone else? If I call up the office tomorrow, will someone be able to send me an actual copy of the results?
