Here are some photos to help you figure out how to add ttc. On your glow app, go to me section down below from the main screen. There should be an option to pick what status you want. If you are new to the app, I believe they will automatically ask you upon creating a profile.

Each day shows the percentage of the chances of getting pregnant. Percentage does not show on period days. At least for me it doesn't. Make sure you put that you are TTC. Hope this helps you. 😊
