Many hospitals use Medela. Call your insurance company. You'll most likely be provided a breast pump for free.

I have the double one. The one you posted looks like a single pump. Not sure if that's your preference, but there is a double pump on groupon for $139.99.

I just received my spectra s2 Friday! Insurance paid 100%, I'm currently 22 weeks so haven't been able to compare it to my ameda but so far it has much nicer features and I think I will appreciate the nightlight
