paranoid?..

Okay, I just turned 37 weeks today and haven't felt little one move much today. I don't know if I'm just being paranoid or what. What are some things I can do to try to get her moving? So scared something is going to go wrong in these last few weeks. I have a dr appt tomorrow so I will mention it to her tomorrow. Just so paranoid..

Drink some juice (orange juice usually does it for me) and lay on your left side. If you don't feel her move right away try jostling your belly a little bit/do some squats and then lay back down. I'm 37w3d and I feel his movements less frequently now and they're definitely not as spastic as they used to be so they're harder to catch! Try to relax! If you don't feel her move in like 30-40 mins, I would definitely go in and get checked!

Usually you don't notice because your busy or just there isn't alot  of room left. Eat or drink something then push lightly on your tummy and really concentrate on your baby's movement

Drink cold water, oj, or something sweet then lay on your left side and wait is what I've been told. If I lay on my left side and poke her a little it works most of the time.. Some days my baby girl is really quiet.. Like barely moves at all and my doctor told me it's because they have less room in there so they don't move around as much.. I freak myself out sometimes about her not moving but she eventually lets me know she's still where lol.. If you're really concerned for sure go to L&D at the hospital. I'm 37 weeks + 1 day! We're go close mama! Don't stress :)
