I think what I had was a uti but it only lasted for 1 day?

Last Tuesday I felt like I had the urge to pee  but I couldn't an it was a little sore from my upper vagina it didn't burn or anything. A few hours later I spotted light pink and then that was it now I am perfectly fine. I'm just wondering can spotting light pink be pregnancy or can that be caused by uti also
