Acid reflux nightmare

My daughter has the worst acid reflux. We've changed her formula 4 times, she's on prescription antacids and even has a special rocker she sleeps in. With all this she is still throwing up acid. I'm at my wits end. My poor baby is in pain! One mother suggested a bit of rice cereal in the bottle. Has anyone had success with this? How much should I put if she is only 6 weeks old and drinking 3 ounces at a time? Thank you in advance.
