what could be the cause of super bright red spotting 3 days after the end of a period?

Well I've been having a lot of pregnancy symptoms. Fatigue, really bad nausea, weird little twinges in the uterus and what not. I started my period on time and it ended on time after having a weird period last month which was 11 days late and lasted longer than normal. Well my period ended 3 days ago and today when I went to wipe I saw bright fresh blood. I was thinking if it was period spotting or something related to the period it would've been darker or brown blood cuz that's my normal on the last 2 days. But this blood was super bright. Not too much either just 2 little drops. Can anyone tell me what it could be? Thanks!
