What to bring in my hospital bag?

This is my first pregnancy and I'm already 28 weeks. I'm worried because I don't know what to bring or put in my hospital bag. Can anybody help me or give me an idea what to bring? A list perhaps? Thank you for all your help in advance :)

Hope you can see but this is my list, it's my fourth baby and I'm 29weeks. I've also added hand sanitiser, mints and lip balm in my was bag as little extras. For your partner, camera, change of clothes, snacks and entertainment. Oh and phone chargers. Hope that's helped x
