Right on the edge

Emily

Okay ladies, I'm a FTM and I'm currently 32 weeks and 3 days pregnant. For about the past two weeks, if I do any real amount of walking (like running errands, not just around the house), if I cry a bunch or if I have sex with my husband, it all brings on braxton hicks.

I've been experiencing BH since around week 22 if I was a little less hydrated than I needed to be or if I walked several miles. But those never really felt like they had a rhythm to them, so to speak. They weren't consistent at all.

But the ones that are happening now feel way more consistent, almost like I could time them. ESPECIALLY the ones I get after sex. It makes me feel like I'm right on the edge of labor lol. I haven't lost my plug, not fluid leaking and I'm not sure if I'm dilated because my midwife doesn't check.

My daughter has been head down for a few weeks and she doesn't seem to flip, at least not while I'm awake to feel it, and I've been getting lightning crotch lately. 😂

I'm really just wondering if any other women who already have a baby (or a few😊) have ever experienced this? I'm hoping it means that having sex will help to being on labor when its time! Lol. Any advice is welcome. Thanks for reading, I know it was long. ☺
