My baby is starting to sleep seven hours at night but doesn't wakeup to eat?

He is 3months and is starting to sleep from 11:30-5am though im SOOO happy im getting more sleep in, should i wake him for feedings?

I asked my doctor this exact thing except mine has started going to bed around 8pm and usually doesnt wake until about 10a so I wake him. But my doctor said as long as he's back at his birth weight or 2 weeks old it is completely fine to let them sleep.

Let him sleep he will wake up when hungry. My son will be 3 months and will sleep about the same amount as yours sometimes less it just depends. He wakes up when hes ready to eat.

It's ok to let him sleep! Around 2 months old my son started sleeping for 11-13 hours straight every night (until we hit the 4 month sleep regression). His weight and length gain was perfect at his 4 month checkup. Baby will let you know when he's hungry, for now enjoy the sleep.
