Hospitalized for dehydration

So since the very begging I've been struggling with constant nausea and continuos vomiting. This past week it all got worse when diarrhea decided to join in the mix. I'd been trying all remedies to help curb the vomiting and diarrhea and although some worked better than others nothing really ever stopped it. On Tuesday (27/09) I fainted!!!!! I'm only at 8 weeks and I figured it might be normal... When I texted my ob/gyn he demanded I rush to the ER and get my blood pressure taken, I did. I was immediately admitted and told I was severely dehydrated and that the fetus wasn't getting any vitamins and supplements.  I always thought a sign of a healthy pregnancy was the whole 9 yards of morning sickness, DONT BE FOOLED!!!!!!
