sharp pains!

Hi can anyone help me I'm 7w1d I've had a lot of cramping witch I'm ok with now as I know it's just everything stretching and growing but on Tuesday as I stood up I got a god awful sharp pain like I was being stabbed on my left hand side just off center to the point it took the breath from me and I had to immediately sit back down. And the same again has just happened today not as sharp and I managed to stay on my feet but had to bend over. Is it true that it's just tendons stretching as it does fell like it's going to pop and something is very taught when it happens also red there's a nerve that runs down your left hand side of your uterus. Does anyone else get this? No spotting or anything always tends to happen when I go from sitting to standing and just started on Tuesday there! Thanx in advance. Have my midwife app next Wednesday also have a family history of twins any advice or information would be greatley appreciated. 😘
