sex in the third trimester tmi

So wondering for those still having sex in the third trimester like myself, have any of you noticed a change in sensitive or in your climax? Last night while doing the deed with my husband I realize i got pleasure out of it and enjoyed it but not as much as usual??? And when we were done I just felt sore in that area? I know we go through changes with blood flow and swelling and hormones etc just wondering if anyone who was having great sex through out is now feeling a difference
