One week old feeding for over an hour?

My one week old is slightly jaundiced and from the beginning it was difficult to get her to latch and stay awake for feedings (She has a lip tie, jaundice, and I have inverted & flat nipples). I've followed my doc & lc's advice and pumped after every feeding attempt every 2 hours. I pump about 2-4 oz on average every time. She seems satisfied when I give her pumped milk in a bottle, but she'll spend hours on my breasts and still be hungry after, when we resort to more pumped milk. Has anyone else experienced this?
