Working moms, how do we cope?

Just went back to work this week after 9 weeks with baby and I'm having a hard time adjusting. I love my job but I feel so sad that someone else is bonding with my baby while I'm at work 😭 Life of a mom is never easy...

It gets easier every day. It is so hard in the beginning! Just make sure to trust your gut when it comes to daycare...as soon as we found a good place, my worry decreased SO much (our first place we chose had my anxiety through the roof for 3 weeks)!

I went back 8 weeks. I may get a lot of flack for this but, the week before I went back; my husband and I went out of town overnight to an amusement park to get used to being away. We went to Bush Gardens, because it was one state over and I would be distracted. I cried off and on the day before up until it was time to go, looked at her pictures almost every chance I got, had my mom (she watched her) send pictures, and bolted into the house to her as soon as I got back. 
6 months later I still constantly look at her pictures( she's my desktop and phone wallpaper) and come straight to her when I get off.

9 weeks is hard. I went back to work at 9 weeks after my first born. I swore I would never do that again. I stayed home 16 with my second born and 18 with my third. I had a much better experience with more time.

The answer is that it will get routine and you will be ok. Your baby will not choose someone else over you. You will still be number one. You are showing your child the value of hard work and it will get easier in time.

I have a great career. I also have three kids 5 and under. I can make both a priority. You will figure out how to juggle it all. Women are strong. Just remember that you will always been number 1 to your baby. Well, until age two when my boys all wanted nothing but Dad! 😭 I think that's pretty normal though 😜

I went back after 12. The day before and morning of I cried and cried it was awful. Once I got to work I was ok I stayed busy and got stuff done, the before has gotten better but I still race home when I get out of work to be with her.

I'm a SAHM but I can't even imagine how u juggle work and baby. How do u get up all night to feed then have time and energy to get dressed and made up presentable for work? Oy.

I go back in 3 weeks exactly 😣 my son will be just over 16 weeks. I am not looking forward to it.
