what to do

Since a couple weeks ago maybe like 2 or 3 I have started having Braxton hicks contractions at least everyday sometimes lightly painful sometimes with no pain. And sometimes I get cramps , I'm also 24 ; 6 days pregnant. Should I be worried ? Second pregnancy also but it was like 3 years ago and i don't remember having stuff like this
