Period like pain and baby moving feels awful

Like she's gonna fall out of my butt whenever she moves or I stand up. I just wanted to sleep but I guess that's not happening! Every time she moves it hurts my pelvis/ butt lmao and when she's not moving I just have bad period-like back & abdominal cramps. 34 +4 :( don't know if this is normal
