Am I making it up?

For the past months tcing I like knew there was no way I could be preggo and for sure af sowed up. This month I am late...which has happened before. My nipples hurt and are itchy plus my breasts everywhere hurt. I normally get a little sore but not like this. I have egg white cm. normally dry before period. I have taken a test was negative. It was a blue dye though. Is there any chance I am getting my rainbow baby and I just need to test later or am I completely making things up?
