Why Won't Premium Start???
My MIL wants to be added as a caregiver so she can use the app to log bottles, diaper changes, and naps. I asked my husband to sign up for a premium membership and add her. He paid for the membership but wasn't given the option to add caregivers. I tried to add her, but my app didn't show that we had premium membership. I then paid for a lifetime premium membership to see if that would resolve the issue. It didn't! What's going on here, and why can't we have access to the premium membership we've paid for TWICE???
