Has anyone experienced their baby with their foot by their face all the time at the u/s

Marie • Hello, my name is Marie, I'm 27 years old and I joined this website the moment I found out that I was pregnant. This is my first pregnancy and I'm praying for a 100% healthy baby boy or girl 😊
Everytime I get an u/s my son's foot is by his face.. I'm just trying to figure out his position lol! He's head down!
