Has anybody use Castrol Oil to help with contractions? FTM

Have any ladies  used Castrol Oil to help with contractions. FTM I don't know anything about it. My mom is from the islands and says in jamaica they use it lol. I am curious I am due Oct.7th. My doctor wants to induce me Oct.10th... I was told being induced is painful. So thinking of a plan be which my be Castrol Oil. Won't be able to talk to my doctor about it until Oct. 6th

Don't do it !! It is so dangerous ! I've heard of so many ladies doing this and given birth to baby's who later after died because of it or like above comment have pood in the woomb and causes serious complications and possible death it's so not worth it !

Castor oil is a big don't all it really causes you to do is have a massive bowel movement and can cause baby to poop in utero which can cause dangerous complications. It's not worth it

I dont recommend using it unless your doctor clears you to do so. Because it can harm the baby because it may poop in the womb and essentially  drown on it

If you want explosive diarrhea go ahead lol. But seriously no don't use castor oil. It's dangerous and just an old wives tale. Bad idea.

I used it. Yuck haha! It didn't work for me but everyone's body is different!! Just plus your nose and have a drink on hand for afterwards! Good luck momma!!
