Major crush problems (just need advice and opinions)

So I like this guy and I really think he likes me back. Hes done these things:

-called me pretty multiple times

-stared at me and when I saw him he immediately looked away

-he texts me a lot (and 1st for the most part)

-always puts his arm over his head and messes with hair when were together

-when I look at his eyes when we talk, he looks away

-he gave me a Christmas present the other day

I have a sister and he can playfuly text her a lot but not me, only sometimes. I really hope he likes me and will just ask me out soon but he said to my sister that I was nice and she was 'mean'(as in playfuly) and that he likes playful girls more. I feel like hes getting farther and farther away from me. What should I do? Do you think he likes me? I really like him a lot now and just need advice (im 15)
