7 weeks and bleeding 😱

I sat on this towel for about five minutes. It started yesterday and I noticed it when I wiped. Very very light, pinkish brown. Went to the hospital last night and got bloodwork done and peed in a cup. He said it can be very common to bleed a little in the first trimester. I'm still so worried though... I took a pregnancy test about 10 minutes ago and it's still very positive. Am I miscarrying?
