My cycle is confusing

My cycle confuses the hell out of me!! My period has been coming 10 days late every month for the last maybe 6 months. Is it possible that my cycle is every 40 days, not 30? If you consider that my cycle is every 30 days, then right now my period is 18 days late.. Almost a month and 3 weeks off my periods, meaning almost 2 months. It might be that i'm still a teenage girl and my cycle is irregular, but i mean it's been about 3,5 years since i hit puberty and the irregulations i've been getting are pretty constant; my periods 10 days late exactly every time. Also the first time i ever got my periods, it lasted 20 days and then it never came bsck for the next 7 months. And then it came back and was as constant and regular as a teenage girls period can get, meaning i got it close to my due date every time. What are your thoughts?🤔
