Bleeding

After 2month and 6 days late started bleeding been getting bfn for 2 months. So guess I'll see what this month brings. Hopefully this is a period and not a misscarge but after all those bfn what y'all think period or misscarage. Had an eptopic pregnancy back in may after two full cycle nothing August 26 and also missed this month too. But never got any bfp after 2months of no period now bleeding my Dr did say that my cycle could be off some times due to my eptopic. Any suggestions ladies
