small steps
I'm overweight. 276.4 lbs to be exact. Believe it or not I eat clean (bc I am diabetic) and I workout. I've never set any goals before because my main goal was to feel heathy.
Any buddies trying to lose a lot of weight and start small? I'm aiming for 100.
My goal this month is 12. 3 a week!
