so confused ! 😔

I had the implant inserted a couple weeks ago and it made my period late by a week. I have now been on my period for 12 days and the past couple days it has been tiny bits of brown blood as though it was coming to an end but then today I had sex and now loads of red blood is coming out ! What's happening? Will this ever stop?? Is this just cos it's my first period after the implant was put In? Please help! 😔
