genetic testing - 4th miscarriage

Hi ladies, I'm unfortunately coming off Of my 4th early miscarriage (missed abortion always less than 8 wks).  I've done all kinds of blood work and nothing seems to be a glaring issue so now the dr says to try genetic testing.  Has anyone had success with genetic testing providing answers that were helpful in pointing out an issue or providing information helpful to diagnosing the cause of losses?  Please share any insight you may have - thank you!!
