relationship help...

So, my boyfriend and I started dating.. 10 months go by and we have our 2 best friends we hang out with everyday. ( A guy and a girl) well he used to talk mad shit on her when we were alone. Well he breaks up with me to date her. While we were broken up he would call and text me non stop asking to meet up and work things out with me for about a month. Then all contact stops. But durning that month he would show everyone the nudes I sent him while we were dating and make up all these horrible lies to make everyone hate me. Well 3 months go by and he messages me and we start talking again and now we started dating again and have been for 6 months. But I can't get over the fact he did that. He left me for our best friend. And all the stuff he said. And rumors he started. I love him with my heart but I have days where I'm so depressed like today and don't know if it was worth it.. please please give me advice!!!
