scared

I have had sex with 2 different people and I am 14, I am so scared of what my parent would think of me if they were to find out, I am in a current relationship and we have sex often I really want to tell my mum so she can put me on the pill, every time I try bring the situation up she tells me how disappointed she would be, I hate keeping this from my parents but I know they would be angry... any advice people?? xxx
