Boyfriend help?!

I love my boyfriend, we've been really close and together for about 5 months now. But lately he's been distant and doesn't want to hang our with me. I can't help but be a little upset. Have I gained weight? Does he not like my new makeup style? He says everything's fine. And then he says mean things to me or is just rude, and he apologizes but never changes! Also, he rarely goes down on me anymore and he always wants me to give him handys or blow him but he like never does anything to me in return. We are deciding to wait a little longer until sex but its like totally selfish of him right?
