nauseous

So I'm in that 7-8 week mark I go for my next scan on Thursday but lately, when I wake up I'm feeling light headed and like I'm going to pike then I eat and I'm fine, then i go through the day with minor feelings sometimes when I'm in class. But then tonight I was eating the famous McDonald's (don't shame me) 😂 but than I almost puked all out on the table after halfway through my first burger. I haven't done that till now so I feel like the puking part is to come. Has anyone else had these symptoms but never puked once? Or is this just the leading up to it😞😩
