anybody with anxiety plz help.

Anyone with anxiety get sharp chest pains?  Plz tell me your other symptoms. And do you take anything besides antidepressants. I was prescribed valium but I'm skeptical about talking them. I do not want to depend on them. What has helped you? Seriously overwhelmed of this feeling and it always hits when I'm in bed right before falling asleep. I can sometimes control it and sometimes I can't. I notice it when I begin to tremor and feel my heart racing. Plz help, any ideas or suggestions will help.
