Abnormality result on Panorama Test

I'm meeting with a Fetal of Medicine doctor in Wednesday to get some more answers. But we found out our little girl had an abormality result on one of the tests from the Panorama blood screening. It's such a wide range of what it could mean. The doctor I spoke too said it could be anything from a slight reading delay, to a heart murmur. So I'm just kind've at a loss right now. I'm trying my hardest not to over think anything, because the doctor truly told me not to worry, that in most cases it's absolutely nothing, and that I would've never known if I hadn't got the blood test. I can't help but worry though. She said that I'll be getting a next level ultrasound, and some more blood work, and that I'll most likely continue seeing them along side my regular OB. I just want some answers. Next Wednesday can't come soon enough.. anyone going through, or have they experienced this before? Thanks.
