Stabbing pain?

So I've felt round ligament pain since about 10 weeks when I sneezed or coughed. I'm 18+2 today. This morning when I woke up (around 6) I had this sharp stabbing or scratching like feeling in my very low abdomen. Like maybe my cervix?? It's now 7:40 and I'm at work and it hasn't gone away. Is this just more round ligament pain but feeling different and in a different area? I've never been pregnant before so I have no idea. I also don't have any Tylenol with me. :(
