Femara & IUI Success?

Question

We have just finished all of our testing at Shady grove, and all normal... so we are left with unexplained infertility( I do not ovulate).

Fast foreword we ended up deciding on Femara & IUI (I have done 2 failed rounds of Clomid with my GYN).

Who has done Femara with an IUI and had success after failed clomid?

I had my 2nd iui with femara I go to get blood work on the 6th but I keep getting positive home pregnancy tests so hopefully I am pregnant!

I never did clomid my doctor told me femara works way better so they just skip clomid. So its a good chance. I got pregnant on my second round 5mg of  letrozole aka femara &i was only doung timed Intercourse. Iui is a better chance. But i had a miscarriage (nothing to do with medication it just can happen to anyone) & im trying again. so good luck!!!

I had a severe case of endonetrosis. I did the surgery to remove as much as possible and then i was put on femara and ovidrel triggers shot with an iui and it worked first the try! I am now 7 nonths pregnant!

I did my 1st set of Femara but wasn't able to do my the IUI (I ovulated on Saturday the lab is closed on Sundays) so we tried the old fashioned way lol...I'm waiting for AF should start on 10-16 if so I will start on 2nd set of Femara Femara Fears and hopefully be able to do the  IUI (crossing fingers)

Pre med ultrasound tomorrow at 7:30am. Then tomorrow afternoon I will see if I am clear to start Famera with a trigger shot along with IUI.
