This may be weird to ask, but is anyone else dealing with serious constipation?! I'm just SO uncomfortable from it.. what are you mamas doing/taking to help? TIA!

Ummm I haven't poo'd in...4 days 😳 I'm getting a little nervous.

My doctor recommended taking the stool softener Colase (if that's how you spell it) For constipation,  so maybe you could try that?

And kombutcha raw multi green . It works like a charm.

I've had the opposite probably most of my pregnancy. Diarrhea. Idk which is worse

I go from being severely constipated to having a very upset stomach. I hate it. Nothing I take helps. Nearing the end now so can only hope my bowels return to normal. 😷

I eat prunes, homemade chicken noodle soup will get things moving, so will chili! Lots of fiber girlfriend!

I eat shredded wheat for breakfast and have a Kefir (probiotic) smoothie everyday as well. It's kept me regular.

I take natural calm nightly with the other medicines. I mix it with water. a nice side effect is that it helps you poop! It also has magnesium which helps with restless legs.  It's been immensely helpful.

I eat raisin bran and drink a glass of apple juice every morning. It got so bad a couple weeks ago that my Dr also prescribed me prescription strength miralax. I haven't had to use it lately but it defiantly helped. Also lots of water, which I'm sure your doing anyways.
