Is your babe (or previous baby) breeched?

Question

Turns out my little one has decided she's comfier footling breech. I am high risk with chronic bleeding, cervical problems, and already dilating. A version is not available to me because of my bleeding, and I wouldn't accept one with the risks and low success rate anyways. 
Do those of you who have been breeched in previous pregnancies or those further along than me, have experience of baby flipping safely? 
I am being told a cesarean may be the best option at 38/39 weeks....but if I continue dilating more and have any more heavy bleeds, I am to have an immediate cesarean if she's still breeched.

I am currently 35 weeks.

With my 4th baby he was breech up until 39 weeks and then he turned

I had my first last October - she always footling breech the whole time. We attempted the ECV to turn her at 37wks.. didn't work. OB said she was too big and comfy. My water broke 38w6d.. 3 days before the scheduled CS! Wish I had options for you.. I tried everything. I'm pregnant again due in November and she was head down at 32wk.. but has recently went to breech like her sister within a week of my appt. I'm 33w3d - being 35w I'd say there is still time.. just hang in there and do what you can. My CS was awesome - recovery was a breeze! I rather avoid another probably like you but either way.. we get to meet our babes soon!!

With my first they tried to flip her but it didn't work so they did a emergency c-section do to some issues that happen and with my second there just going to do a c-section because of the way they stitched me up with my first

There are things you can google. Mopping the floor on your hands and knees. Something cold up by your ribs and a warm water bottle on your pelvic bone their head will gravitate towards the heat. I was also told if you do soothing music or the womb sound on your phone and set it on your pelvic bone they could follow sound. My second we breech and i did these things and he flipped between week 35 and 36. They said it would hurt but I didn't even know he did it.
