leaking urine it amniotic fluid?

I'm 33 weeks and lately have been having some wetness in my underwear. Not sure if you can tell if it's urine or amniotic fluid? I see my OB tomorrow, but not sure if I should call in advance? It's not soaking my underwear to have to change it, but it's noticeable.

I've been wearing a pad lately because I pee myself 😑 Not a constant leak, not a gush - but enough to where I need one when I'm getting off the floor, sneezing, bending over to pick up my 11 month old, coughing and laughing lol If it's a constant leak I would call to make sure, when I was pregnant last year it was my first - my water had broke and I didn't know it because it was a slow constant leak.. figured it was pee. I started to get painful contractions that was the only way I knew I was in labor - better be safe! Any contractions?

I leaked amniotic fluid with my first pregnancy. It was more of gushes when I would stand up from sitting or lying down. I went in to the doctor thinking I would be wasting my time, and they would laugh at me for coming in for peeing my pants. Boy was I wrong! I was admitted and delivered that day! I actually waited a day before I went in because I was so uncertain. Better to go in, and don't hesitate to bring your hospital bag! They put strips in my underwear and had me walk around the hospital, if they turned blue it was amniotic and if not just pee lol. This time around I'm certain it's just urine I'm leaking haha, less of gushes and more of a constant leak, lucky meee.

If you put a pad on and it's not soaked within an hour I believe than it probably isn't amniotic fluid. But it's best to call if you're worried 😊
