Does anyone have a 3-4 week pregnancy ultrasound that they can share with me feeling nervous

I got a positive pregnant 1-2 weeks on a Clearblue Digital pregnancy test Saturday according to the Clearblue I should be about 3 to 4 weeks pregnant I went to my OBGYN yesterday and she stated it was way too early to see anything on my transvaginal ultrasound I got my hcg blood test done which came out to be 57 I get another one tomorrow I'm just feeling really nervous does anyone have a 3-4 week ultrasound that they can share with me. Thanks
