How often do you change your sheets?

My boyfriend has been picking on me because I change our sheets every couple days because I like the feel of new sheets and I have a theory that I sleep better when I change the sheets, he thinks I'm crazy and change them to often, and just creating more laundry than needed...am I really that crazy or do others change theirs often too 😅

Usually once a week or so.. I washed them over the weekend and made the bed because i thought i was about to have the baby and wanted clean sheets when we came home.. False alarm and now i feel the need to wash them again every time i get a contraction lol

I TRY to change ours every few weeks, sometimes I forget or we get so busy it just doesn't happen. But I love sleeping on clean sheets it's so nice

I change mine every few days. I was my sheets, pillow cases and pillows. I can't lay in a 'dirty' bed! And I'm a huge health nut when it comes to my face. I love having clean/clear/healthy skin, so I wash my pillows and pillow cases to make sure I'm not laying my face on excess oils and dirt. It helps tremendously!

Once a week. Every Friday we both need a long hot bath and clean sheets after a busy, stress inducing week lol

Once a week. People sweat and drool in their sleep. Don't lay in that all month! I only have one set of sheets, too. So I wash, dry, and remake the bed every Friday.

I change ours every other weekend unless for some reason I feel the need to change them before. I really love our red sheets so sometimes I just change the sheets to get back to the red ones😄
