Cramping/leaking at 13 weeks

Has anyone ever experienced this? I need to hear for peace of mind that I'm not the only one! I had a lot of period-like cramping in the beginning, but it returned several days ago and I'm 13 weeks now. I also had a little bit of fluid leak down my leg when I stood up earlier and I've been pretty wet down there ever since. I'm not sure if it's pee or not because I can't see or smell anything unusual. And yes, I know increased discharge is normal. After one miscarriage already, I'm just so worried that something is wrong! I'm already planning on calling my doctor first thing in the morning.
