babies pee?

My four-month-old daughters urine smells really strong it's been like that since she turned three months I can even smell it when holding her I recently read that strong smelling urine and babies usually mean a UTI so I asked my friend that is a nurse and she said that she can smell her six-month-old daughter urine as well  and as long as she doesn't have a fever or her doesn't cry when she pees and her. Urine isn't dark she doesn't have one what do you all think??
